Since yours is a unique situation, it is best to all get your own copy of the course, go through one video (per week) each on your own, and then get together later in the week as a group to discuss. Since you’ve already watched the video session prior to meeting, you would then have the whole time you get together as a group to discuss it and what you each got out of it. 

When you purchase the program, it will have you sign up with an email and create a password. You will just need to give that information to the facilitators to access and run the video wherever they are running it. If you have different groups that will be running it at different times, they will just have to keep track of where they left off at the end of each class they run. If you feel like you will be giving the information to a lot of different leaders in the future, you can maintain security by changing the password as you see fit.

If a couple wants to make up a class, parishes don’t often know how to handle this and don’t want to just give out their password to more people than just their class leaders. In this situation, we encourage you to send those couples to our website, and they can watch the specific class that they missed for a nominal cost and on their own time to catch up to the group. Parish leaders can also give out the 50% code included with every parish license for couples to have the entire program for themselves, and then they can watch whatever they need.

At the end of the parish license course following the sessions, the code is included in the “What’s Next” section under “Spreading the Program”, along with a link to get to the page to purchase.

Our course management system, Thinkific, handles all sales tax/VAT on our behalf. They have to verify your tax exemption status before they can refund your sales tax refund. Once you purchase, they will send you a tax certificate request from Avalara, their vendor for tax management, which will include a link where you can upload your tax exemption certificate. Avalara will then validate the certificate and the sales tax refund will be issued.
